The Broken screen free replacement service is a kind of value-added service specially offered to the customers by Carlcare for TECNO and Infinix smart phones.

Within the insurance period, If customer’s phone screen is damaged by accidental collision , falling , crushing , squezzing , Carlcare will replace a new screen for customers for free during the broken screen free replacement service period.

Note: There is only once chance to get broken screen repaired for free during the insurance period.

For your information: If your phone is activated within 2 days.  You can only buy the broken screen insurance card from the mobile phone stores where you buy the phone.




For your notice, the carlcare warranty does not cover damages caused by accident or human behavior such as;
Physical damages
Liquid Intrusion
Brick
Breakage.


However if  your device have additional warranty for specific parts, it will be clearly stated.
