Guys please help me. I've been using my Tecno Pouvoir 4 since november 2020 and I don't encounter any problems with it not until the last update of my phone. I used to video chat with my friends while watching stuffs on facebook but there's nothing wrong going on with it not until I updated it to the latest version. I used to hear the sounds of videos on facebook and youtube even if I'm on video chat but now the problem is even that "watch together" feature on messenger I can't hear anything. I just hear the voice of the person who's talking to me. How do I fix this?
