[Android 12 Beta] Finger print disappeared from security setting of my camon 17pro

Good day all, I bought a Tecno camon 17pro about a month ago. every thing seems fine and great untill one day I notice the finger print sensor was not working.when i checked settings, behold the finger configuration has disappeared from the security settings, it's as if it was uninstalled.

Did anyone experience this, what is the cause and way out please. me

This issue of finger print disappearing from the settings is the result of a faulty finger print sensor. I visited carlcare and had it replaced. If have same issue, locate the nearest carlcare office and have it rectified. It free since the phone are still under warranty. Except if you temper with it to void the warranty.

take it to nearest Tecno branch ...... the phone finger print have a problem that need to be change
