"I, Lawal Kabiru Alaba, an ambassador of TECNO from (FUTA chapter) did a week detail survey of users experience towards Tecno phone products, From 14-03-2022 to 22-03-2022. While taking the scores of everyone's progress, I came to realize that there were a lot of challenges, problems which solutions needs to be attended to in other to get more customers. I got to know from our survey that our users has put a lot of effort into your work, and I sincerely appreciate it.This is the summary details of users experience based on the survey, having about 74 Responses of which (30 Males and 44 Females. It can be concluded based on our users responses that that there should be more Versatility and durability of the our products.This is resulting to the top Notch quality needed from our users which are battery, storage and processor.
