1. Transsion Holdings should provide a defined schedule of how it intends to carry out software updates annually. Samsung, Huawei, and others do this.|
2. In this schedule, customers need to know which existing devices are covered under monthly security updates and which ones will get quarterly security updates. For instance, Phantom and Camon series gets monthly and Spark series and others get quarterly.
3. It's almost April 2020, 7 months since Android 10 released in stable version, but we still don't know if, when and which Tecno devices will be upgraded to Android 10.
4. While at it, we need to know the company's stand on how many OS updates it provides to it's devices during their lifetime. For instance, Phantom series gets 2 major OS updates while Spark and co get one OS upgrade.
NOTE: The fact that Transsion can't provide such minor but significant details to its millions of customer base says a lot about how it values you as the customer. In short, you only matter before you buy their products. When done, you are a piece of SHIT.
