Bluetooth Wireless Speaker-  |  2021-1-9 20:04 TECNO KD7 2183

I bought a phone Tecno SPARK 5pro on 1st of January,2021 with IMEI 355158117852696 but since then the video does not have sound. if you are making calls and pressed the speak out the phone will mute. please what can I do?

I used to have problems with a sound as well, but it was happening when I was using a microphone. Well, I manged to fix everything, thanks to this article https://howly.com/article/why-does-mic-echo-happen-and-how-to-solve-it/, and you can check it out as well, maybe you'll find a solution that'll help you as well. In general, you can check out this website, and I'm sure you'll manage to solve this issue.

Maybe you should take your phone to a service center? I don't think you'll be able to solve that problem yourself.
