Today we have another renowned personality as our MCM
A famous Nollywood and Kannywood actor and film maker
Paul Sambo is a trained and certified student of agriculture turned actor, although he still run a farm as a side business, he's currently known and famous for his roles in several movies he has featured in.
Paul Sambo was born on the 27th of January, 1976 in Bauchi state. He was raised in the northern part of the country, and had most of his basic education there. Paul graduated from the University as a certified agriculturist, but his passion led him to acting, because that was where he found his fulfilment.
Paul has been featured in a number of movies as a Nollywood actor, both hausa and non hausa themed movies, though he's known to always play a hausa related role most of the movies he's acted in. He became popular following his role in a movie directed by Ikechukwu Onyeka in 2012, titled Mr. & Mrs. where he started alongside notable actors and actress in the industry, the likes of Nse Ikpe Etim and Barbara Soki, and he got his spot in the hall of fame, after featuring in the very popular movie "king of boys". Sambo played the role of Nurudeen Gobir in the epic award winning movie, directed by Kemi Adetiba, where he starred alongside Jide Kosoko, Sani Mazu, Sola Sobowale and notable others.
Paul Sambo stands out as a hard-working fellow with a never-say-die attitude. His determination is glaring in his decision and intention to go into acting, even when his course of study is in parallel to his ambition. He's a great example of not giving up on your dreams, because it is never too late to go after the things you want. Though the journey wasn't smooth for him, it has never been for any great person, he kept on going, and I hope youngsters would learn from that. It's not going to be easy but the journey to become the best version of yourself is a worthwhile one.
I hope you learnt from the story of Paul Sambo as brief as it is.
