Here is how to participate;
·            In this section, CREATE A THREAD, take an exciting picture of you doing your home exercise and other sporting activities. It could be Yoga, planking, Push-Ups, etc
·            Write a short description of the photo and Upload.
·            Your entry post should be accompanied with the hashtag #HomeSportsChallenge and #TECNOForNigerians
·            Share your entry with your friends and family to like and leave comments on it.
·            Participants with a good number of comments, shares, and likes stands a chance to be crowned the winner.



Activity rules:
1. This activity is open to all T-spot fans (old and new).
2. Participants must have to avoid duplicity and complete the task on their own.[/
3. Any picture/video that has already been posted or contains a copyright infringement, will be disqualified.
4. One can create several pictures/videos, only the one entry has the highest number of interactions stands a chance towing.
5. Entries that are not shared on participants' social media pages will be disqualified.
6. Replies submitted after the submission deadline will not be considered.
7. Prize winner must be the author of the valid answer. Winner of irrelevant /incorrect answers will be disqualified, and that prize will go to the next valid reply.
