Keep reading dear, I'm not exposing some secrets about where Cleopatra's third egg is, however, I'll be sharing tips you might or might not know of and show you the things you need to do better, and yea this is coming from someone who has gotten two Internship opportunities from two great companies and other opportunities as well, all through his Tspot contents. Let's get going and see how you can easily do that too. 1) IDENTIFY WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT What's that skill you're known for or that thing you can do well, even if you were tapped in the middle of the night, for some it's writing, graphics design, or photography. Getting to know your skill(s) is the first and most important thing in positioning yourself on any platform, and that applies here as well. You don't have to do it better than someone else, it doesn't matter whether you're just starting or far into the game, your voice is unique and your style is special. Identify your skill first and then, let's move on to the next step. 2) SHOWCASE YOUR SKILL ON TSPOT Take Tspot like your Facebook account where you promote your contents, you can even have a seperate plan for it to make things flow well, share your story, share your skill, if it's photography, share what you're doing with the community, others may like or not, they may view or not, that doesn't matter much, the engagement will come later with consistency, social media content marketing rules apply here as well. And the benefit is, when you share your Tspot links as evidence of your past works, it is more respected because the platform belongs to a brand the world recognize and respect. 3) BE ORIGINAL AND CONSISTENT : Let your contents be original, you know the plan is to build a portfolio, and that has to be your unique works. Post regularly, engage on other posts too, even if it's not writing, share your designs, your work story and all that, you never know if a reader could turn into a client. Participate in contests too, particularly those aligned with your skill, if you win, it's a plus for you, and if you lose, you would learn from your mistakes and do better next time. 4) SHARE YOUR TSPOT LINKS AS EVIDENCE OF PAST WORKS For virtual internships, the HR department in charge of recruitment would want some evidence of your past works, and this is where your commitment on Tspot would pay off. Go on to your page under topics and select the links you would want to share, remember it has to be your original works. Share the links with them, and then you can sit back and wait for the result. So start staying committed to your activities here as an ambassador, you're not just promoting the brand, you're promoting yourself too. Let out your SPARK Read all >>

You can use it to route calls to your home phone any time you travel, you can use it to avoid distractions during work hours or vacations, or just anytime you want. If you feel like call forwarding has finished its job on your phone, you can try any of the methods above to deactivate it on your phone. Hello Tfans, Nobody wants to get fat or to remain fat especially our beautiful Ladies. Therefore, follow these confirmed steps if you want to loose some weight in just 2 weeks Here’s a 3-step weight loss plan that employs a low carb diet and aims to: significantly reduce your appetite, cause fast weight loss, and improve your metabolic health at the same time 1. CUT BACK ON CARBOHYDRATES The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches, or carbohydrates. When you do that, your hunger levels go down, and you generally end up eating significantly fewer calories. Instead of burning carbs for energy, your body now starts burning stored fat for energy. Another benefit of cutting carbs is that it lowers insulin levels, causing the kidneys to shed excess sodium and water. This reduces bloating and unnecessary water weight. According to some dietitians, it’s not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) — sometimes more — in the first week of eating this way. This weight loss includes both body fat and water weight. One study in healthy women with obesity reported that a very low carb diet was more effective than a low fat diet for short-term weight loss. Put simply, reducing carbs can lead to quick, easy, weight loss. 2. EAT PROTEINS AND VEGETABLES Your meals should include a protein source, and low carb vegetables. As a general rule, try eating two to three meals per day. Constructing your meals in this way should bring your carb intake down to around 20–50 grams per day. Protein Eating plenty of protein is an essential part of this plan. Evidence suggests that eating lots of protein may boost calorie expenditure by 80–100 calories per day High protein diets can also reduce cravings and obsessive thoughts about food by 60%, reduce the desire to snack late at night by half, and make you feel full. In one study, people on a higher protein diet ate 441 fewer calories per day. When it comes to losing weight, protein is a crucial nutrient to think about. Healthy protein sources include: Meat: beef, chicken, pork, and lamb Fish and seafood: salmon, trout, and shrimp Eggs: whole eggs with the yolk Plant-based proteins: beans, legumes, and soy. However, eating red meat requires extra carefulness and guidance from your dietician to reduce the amount of fat intake. VEGETABLES Low carb vegetables; Don’t be afraid to load your plate with low carb vegetables. They are packed with nutrients and you can eat very large amounts without going over 20–50 net carbs per day. In fact, you probably need it more than other classes of food. A diet based mostly on lean protein sources and vegetables contains all the fiber, vitamins, and minerals you need to be healthy. Many vegetables are low in carbs, including: broccoli cauliflower spinach tomatoes kale Brussels sprouts cabbage Swiss chard lettuce cucumber Don't forget also low calorie fruits. 3. ENGAGE IN DEEP EXERCISES THAT WILL PLACE DEMANDS ON YOUR MUSCLES AND ADIPOSE FATS. Doing some cardio workouts like brisk-walking, jogging, skipping rope, weight lifting, running, cycling, or swimming will suffice. Engaging in exercises that makes you burn fats will greatly aid in reducing your weight. Placing yourself on diets alone will not give you the desired results. You need to engage in active exercises that will place demands of your muscles. TECNO WISHES YOU A WEEKEND FULL OF HAPPINESS Read all >>

Tips and Tricks
Hello T-fans, Welcome to today's session on substitutes for daily essentials. Here are some selected ones: *THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS IF YOU RUN OUT OF TOILET PAPER There are many household items you can use instead, including baby wipes, tissues, paper towels, newspapers, scraps of fabric from an unused piece of clothing, or cloth towels — just don't flush them. *NEED MILK? If a recipe calls for milk, you can substitute water, yogurt, or a plant-based milk. Yogurt adds creaminess and richness, and soy or pea milk packs in extra protein. *NO BUTTER? When butter is in short supply, you can use avocado, oil. If you don't want the avocado to turn your baked goods green, you can disguise the color with cocoa powder or in chocolatey batters like brownies or cake. *OUT OF YEAST? If grocery stores are out of yeast, you can use baking powder, baking soda combined with an acid, or a sourdough starter. Healthline writes that baking soda can be combined with acids like lemon juice, buttermilk, cream of tartar, or a mixture of milk and vinegar to have a yeast-like effect. *DISINFECTING WIPES? For homemade disinfecting wipes, simply dip paper towels in any solution that has at least 60% alcohol. Rubbing alcohol, or any solution that has at last 60% alcohol, is the main ingredient. *MULTI SURFACE CLEANER? If you're out of multisurface cleaner, vinegar mixed with water works in a pinch. Vinegar and water is usually used to wash hardwood floors without damaging the wood. Since cleaning supplies could be out of stock in many stores, this homemade alternative is a good one to have on hand. Thanks for reading, I hope these tricks come in handy for you. Read all >>

Hello T-Fans, Diabetes is a chronic disease which occurs when the pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. This leads to increased concentration of glucose(blood sugar) in the blood, a condition termed "hyperglycemia". Insulin is a hormone secreted by the pancreas for the metabolism and conversion of glucose and excess glucose respectively. Diabetes is of 2 types: Type 1 diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes. The Type 1 diabetes occurs when the body cannot produce insulin, while the Type 2 Diabetes occurs when the body cannot utilise the insulin it produces. Type 2 usually occurs as a consequence of many factors such as excess body weight, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, and physical inactivity. Globally, according to the United Nations and World Health Organisation, an estimated 422 million adults were living with Diabetes in 2014, compared to 108 million people in 1980. This shows a rapid increase in prevalence. Currently, an estimated scary number(537 million adults) worldwide suffers from either type of Diabetes and there are indications thaore people will fall victims. The Diabetes prevalence has risen faster in low and middle-of-the-road countries than high income countries. In 2006, ,General Assembly of the United Nations adopted resolution 61/225 and designated 14th November every year as world diabetes day to lead the fight against diabetes in a global scene. The resolution encourages member states to develop national policies for the prevention, treatment and cure of diabetes in line with the sustainable development of their health care systems. 100 years after the discovery of insulin(drug), millions around the world do not have access to the care they need. Diabetic patients require serious care and support to manage their condition and avoid complications. This year's theme: "Access to Diabetes Care - If not now, when?", aims to draw the attention of the global community to the sufferings of diabetic . It asnwrrs the following questions: How to get involved and How to get Resources. It usually goes away but can be a risk for developing type 2 Diabetes later in life. * Diabetes Insipidus: This is a very rare type of Diabetes where your kidneys produces large amounts of urine way above normal volumes and glucose which are not fully reabsorbed into the body are passed out with the urine. RISK FACTORS FOR DIABETES The risk for Diabetes depends on which type of Diabetes you might develop. For Type 1 Diabetes; Risk factors include : family history(having a close relative who is a Diabetic patient), injury to the pancreas (either by infection, tumor, accident or surgery) which will affect insulin production, Autoimmune problems(where antibodies starts attacking the body's organs and tissues), viral Infection. For Type 2 Diabetes; - Family history. -Race(being African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic, Native American). - Sedentary lifestyle characterised by physical inactivity. - Having low HDL cholesterol - Age (over 45yrs) - High Blood pressure - Having gestational diabetes - History of Heart disease. - Smoking.
